It gives detailed information on the homes, personal information on how to show the property (lock box, no lock box, pets in the home, children home after a certain time, lock box codes to get into the property), and personal information on how to submit offers to the seller. | What are BPO's. Broker Price Opinion. When a home owner wants a 2nd mortgage, home equity line, 3rd mortgage, bridge loan, or something along those lines... A bank will hire a real estate agent to give an opinion on what the market value of the property is.
